By accessing or using YourPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To join or host a music room, users (including guests) must create an account via supported OAuth providers (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Content and YouTube API

YourPlay uses YouTube API Services to provide music streaming functionality. By using YourPlay, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from using YourPlay to transmit copyrighted material without authorization, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service's infrastructure. We reserve the right to ban any user violating these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

YourPlay is provided "as is". We are not liable for any content streamed by users or for any interruptions in service.

6. Updates

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
